Business Analyst for RUD Requirements and General Projects

Avista Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst for RUD Requirements and General Projects for their Vadodara office. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the job profile for their Vadodara Office. It is a full-time position on currently work from home basis. If required, the candidate will have to attend office.

Excellent Coordination and Communication, Meets Deadlines, Knowledge of Business Concepts, Knows how to Prioritize

Identify the business cases, requirements and key opportunities.
Initiates model development, data source testing into the system when required in confirmation with the stakeholders & higher management.
Participating in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Preparing User Interface and workflow along with Functional Analysis and Design
Define the business level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordination with Customers, IT Managers, and the internal team for Business requirement gathering/Use cases and documents.
Coordinate with the Testing team and ensure the application and all objectives are defect-free.
Establishes and meets critical deadlines while prioritizing multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
Ensure Dependency of requirement with other requirements as well as issues, constraints are identified.
Review the process after live updation&documentation of high-level business process flow.
 
Requirements: 
Is able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward mutual consent
Practical experience in business analysis
Exceptional English skills in speaking and writing
Strong proven experience in Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, discovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Proven experience in understanding complex functionality and documenting stories for the dev and QA teams.
Excellent hands-on experience creating various documents like RUD, SRS, and any other functional documents required.
 
Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA (Must) I.T. Graduate.
