Abbey Residential is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for a 644-unit apartment community in Birmingham, AL.
Job responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times.
* Insuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff.
* Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (5) years multifamily maintenance experience with at least (2) of those years as a supervisor, must have HVAC certification and CPO certification. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required.
