WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Bachelors or Equivalent
-Minimum of 5 years call center operations experience; financial planning
and report creation experience required; Statistics and Six sigma
background preferred.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access skills.
-Strong analytical skills and understanding of report vehicles.
